Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our USA-based warehouse. We do not ship from overseas, which ensures faster delivery and no customs delays for domestic customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at 17track.net or via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States and Australia, with more destinations added over time. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on location and customs processing.
Customs, duties & taxes: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost shown at checkout. Please review your country’s import rules before ordering.
All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD); your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency at their exchange rate.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Allow 1–2 additional business days (packages can be pre-scanned)
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
