To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
The item must be in its original condition or a reasonable state of use

How to Start a Return — Step by Step

Email us: Send an email to vibecartstore23@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Get approved: We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.
Ship the item: We cover return shipping for all eligible returns. Tracked shipping is required so your parcel can be verified.
Receive your refund: Once your return or claim is approved, we initiate your refund within 1 business day. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email vibecartstore23@gmail.com within 2 calendar days of delivery and attach a clear photo of the issue. With photo proof we resolve it fast — a free replacement or a full refund, no return required. Reports without photo evidence cannot be verified.

After approval, refunds are initiated within 1 business day to your original payment method. Please then allow:

Your bank may require additional time to post the credit
