We currently ship to the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 Business Days

Orders $50 and above: FREE shipping
Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate

Total Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery: 4–8 business days total (processing + transit).

Free Shipping Threshold

All orders of $50 or more automatically qualify for FREE standard US shipping. No coupon needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package via USPS, FedEx, or the carrier website provided.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. To correct an address, contact us immediately at support@fatburn.store.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
