How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping: 5-8 business days from our American warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — FREE US shipping on all orders $30+. Orders under $30 have a flat $4.95 shipping fee. We don't add fuel surcharges or hidden costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship only within the United States. International expansion is on our 2026 roadmap.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a full refund. Email us at vibecartstore23@gmail.com with your order number. No restocking fee. No questions asked.

How do I return an item?

Contact our support with your order details. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Refund processes within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

How do I choose the right shapewear size?

Our High Waist Tummy Control Shapewear comes in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. Use your normal dress size as reference. When between sizes, size up for everyday comfort or size down for special occasions. Detailed size chart on the product page.

Will it roll down or pinch?

Our design uses a 3.5" silicone-grip waistband specifically engineered to stay in place without pinching. 89% of customers report wearing it daily without adjustment.

Is it visible under tight clothing?

No. We use seamless edges and nylon-elastane fabric (82/18) that disappears under jeans, midi skirts, tight dresses, and even white pants. Tested across 76 outfit combinations.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I wash my shapewear?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry (no dryer). Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Our shapewear holds its compression through 50+ wash cycles when cared for properly.

How long will it last?

With proper care, expect 12-18 months of regular wear. Our quality control tests through 50 wash cycles before launch — compression holds at wash 50 just like wash 1.
